I love to help all skill levels, from beginners to experienced Yoga enthusiasts, but specialise in helping people over 40 navigate midlife naturally through nutrition, low-impact Yoga based breath, and movement meditations. These rebalance, realign and restore your natural flow minimising pain and energise you into your progressive years.
